Asia is the largest continent with 48 countries, while Africa is the second largest with over 50 countries and 2000 languages. Europe, the smallest continent, is home to over 40 countries. Oceania includes Australia, New Zealand, and many smaller islands. North America is entirely within the northern hemisphere, and South America is made up of 12 countries, with Brazil being the largest. Antarctica, the coldest and driest continent, is located at the bottom of the planet.

Planet Earth

Asia
Asia is the biggest continent. It is separated from the continent of Europe by a land border. Asia is made up of 48 countries, including China, India and Thailand.
Europe
This is the continent that you live in; the United Kingdom is in Europe. Europe is one of the smallest continents but has over 40 countries!
Oceania
Oceania is a continent which is made up of Australia, New Zealand and many other smaller islands. Oceania is home to the Great Barrier Reef and lots of ocean wildlife.
South America
South America is a continent which is made up of 12 different countries. The biggest country in South America is Brazil.
Antarctica
The continent of Antarctica is at the bottom of planet Earth. It is the coldest, driest and windiest continent in the world.
