Therefore, most individuals assume that a well-paying job is preferable to a satisfying one. The key reasons for swaying public opinion on this argument are passion, motivation, and mental health. First and foremost, a person’s level of passion is a determining element in their success. If a sociable person who enjoys going out and seeing new things is forced to sit in a workplace and has no idea what the meaning of life is, it has a negative impact on the results. For instance, the painter Pablo Picasso, who followed his dream and was known for his artwork. Every individual agreed that being a painter would trap them in poverty and make it difficult to live a normal life. Therefore, Picasso still did what he believed and tried hard to wait for the moment when everyone kept his name in mind, and he has now become one of the most prominent artists of the 20th^ century. Second, choosing a dream job provides people with positive motivation, which is one of the most major factors that determine behavior and career growth. Working in a professional environment leads to expanding relationships with those who have the same passion or learning from their experience. Scientists have discovered that being at ease with work has a serious influence on people’s rate of productivity and comfort at work, which affects their performance and ability to
