Directions:
1.Print each template out.
2.Place the Post It Note / Sticky Note inside the
square.
3.Type in the template the information you need.
4.Place the template page with the Post It Note /
Stick Notes into your printer & print.
Helpful Hints:
Be sure that the sticky part goes in to your printer
first to avoid paper jams.
Make enough templates for your whole class so
you can print multiple pages at one time. For
example, for the 3” X 3” size if I have 24 students,
then I need 4 pages.
Use for rubrics, notes home, positive notes for
students, lesson plan or manual reminders…there
are endless possibilities.
