Ask the groups to use an online search engine to research the business activity they
have been assigned to determine at least one current issue/event associated with
the activity. Ask the groups to appoint a “presenter” to share their findings with the

Directions: Galaxy Games, a local arcade and indoor playground, wants to expand by
building a bowling alley so that it can attract more adult customers. The business’s
owners feel that since many young, professional people live within its immediate area,
this expansion should increase company revenues rather quickly. With business goals
to increase revenues by 30% within five years and to expand its locations from one to
seven within 10 years, Galaxy Games is ready to put together a plan of action.
