Task 1/P1: Demonstrate using different communication styles and formats that you can effectively design and deliver a training event for given target audience. Introduction: Communication skills: Communication is the process of transferring or sharing the information between the people or from place to place. The communication may the verbal it means communication may done in for of voice or written and non-verbal means the communication may be done by using the body language, gestures, and the tone or pitch of voice. The communication is the most important part of human where the act of transferring the message from one person to another person can be done or place to place information can be share so to be the good communication skill the person required the good knowledge about the verbal communication and non-verbal communication and implement it while communicating to other. Types of communication:

Basically, communication skills divide into two-part verbal communication and non-verbal communication.

  1. Verbal communication: verbal communication is act of sharing information among the people trough speaking, video, email, letters, television and telephone. Verbal communication can be done in two type one is oral by spoken and another is by written by writing document(Smallbusiness.chron.com, 2018). Mainly verbal communication is done in spoken way where people and easily interact to each other. Verbal communication is easier to interact with the person because people can easily understand language.
  2. Nonverbal communication: the act sharing information also can be done in nonverbal communication which is little bit difficult because of gesture, body language, poster and facial expression. For example, while in interview for any job the examiner looks the body language, poster and gesture. Mainly in interview person fit out with formal dress not with rough jeans paint and t-shirt. Hence the person need both skill in there day to day active if the person has only verbal communication skill then person may or may not success in their life so person should have knowledge and implement skills in the daily life. Communication styles: the way of interacting with the people is called the communication styles. Types of communication style.
  3. Passive communication: the communication style where individual avoid feeling, expression. In passive communication individual doesn’t respond hurtful answer and anger in that situation.
  4. Aggressive communication: the communication style where individual is allowed to express there feeling or opinion and their anger to the people when it is needed. Mainly aggressive communication is done between the owner and worker where owner become aggressive to the worker.
  5. Passive and aggressive communication: the communication style in which individual show his/her behavior passive communication but from inside he/she is aggressive. In this communication style individual show aggressive indirectly not the directly.
  6. Assertive communication style: the communication in which individual express feeling or opinion, fight for the right with out hurting any other. In assertive communication style respectful is most important(Uky.edu, 2018).

For the two days training event I have to implement all the activities which are required. According to task or question I have to develop two days training event and schedule it. The figure given below is the picture or schedule of the training done by using the project management software. This is the time schedule which I have done by using the project management software. According to question I have to plan or develop two days training event so as I given figure show two days training schedule. In first day I have plan for the different activities such as welcome and introduction, software installation, basic web design, etc. according to the plan or question program start at 10 am and end at 4 pm. At first, we start the welcome and formal such as introduction of student and trainer and detail about the what student are going to learn after training which take 1 hours to complete. Then after this we leave the teacher or trainer to teach. trainer should provide the software packages to every student so, that every student can install in their pc for the installation of software to all student computer it may take 1 hours because some problem may occur while installing. After the installation of the software trainer start the basic web

design class for the 1 hours. After this trainer start to teach basic C# programming language to students. After finishing the web design and C# programming language there is short break time for 30 minutes to all trainer and student. In this time, we mean event planner provide the lunch facilities to the student and teacher. After finishing this we will movie toward the class or hall room for the next activities called basic java programming which take 1 hour’s class after completing today activities trainer review all the task what are done by the student this is also called review class which is for 30 minutes hence these are all the activities which I have plan for the first day training. In second day the training event start same as 10 am and end at 4 pm where different activities took place such as web design, programming and break time. Same as the first day the program starts with web design training completely for 1 30 minutes and second activities advance C# programming training which is also take 1 hours 30 minutes. Then after completing the C# programming training there is short break which is for 30 minutes. After the break time the training start again with advance java programming training which is held for 1 hours 30 minutes. After finishing all the program, the next program starts called friend ship game which is played with all the participation student and teacher which takes around 1 hours. Hence this is the explanation of two days event which is implement by me and my friend because team work helps to perform event handling in better effective and efficient way. Task 2/ P2: Demonstrate that you have used effective time management skills in planning an event. I have used effective time management skills in planning an event for the two days training events. There are different kind of activities done in two days event of training schedule and I have prepare schedule for the two days event training. To manage all the activities effectively I had decided to use following things: a) Prioritizing work load Prioritizing work load mean simply giving more priority to the most important work then after other. So, in the developing event or implementing event there are also some important work which should given more priority to the activities. b) Setting objectives

This is the second slide in which I welcome and introduce with each other for better understanding. This is the beginning phase of training where I explain about the objectives of training event and rules and regulation of the event what should be done and what not should be done. In this slide I also provide the schedule planning of event to all student and trainer in the form of hardcopy output. This is the slide for the first day where trainer provide the software or program to install the in every pc, this is the first activities of the day. And explain about the web design, C# programming language and java programming language.

This is the schedule of the first day session where trainer explain about the web design and basic about used of java and PHP and MYSQL in web design which is about 1 hours. Trainer also explain about the C# programming language such as concept of programming language, algorithm, C# program. etc. after this there is a break for the 30 minutes. In tis break our team provide some lunch food to all the student and trainer. After the break time of the first day next activities start called java programming in which trainer explain about eh use of java programming language and some basic java program.

At last we all thank to each other mainly teacher for providing training successfully. Conclusion: According to the task I have used effective time management skill to implement the event of two days. In this task I shown the power point slide to present the short detail about the event and time management system. The training event is for two days where the training is for the web design, C# programming language and JAVA programming language. Task 5/P3 Demonstrate the use of different problem-solving techniques in the design and delivery of an event. We can use critical thinking for well judgments that helps us to thought well and logically. It is way of thinking which gives arguments and conclusions to involve the questioning. Using critical thinking I can get edges to find problems, collect the source of information and implement to solve the problems of event. To solve the problem, I can use such type of problem solving techniques which should be followed step by step. a. Identify the problem

This is the first step of problem solving technique in this technique firstly we should find what are the problem and try to solve it by using other step of problem solving. For example, there is the problem of electricity in some time the electricity goes down and later after some time it goes up in our event the same problem also happens while running the event smoothly. b. Problem analysis and clarification Mainly problem analysis means try to find out problem and carry out the information about the problem such as in our event there is problem of electricity so we have to analysis the problem and find out the solution of the problem of electricity for that we need to keep the record of the problem how frequently electricity goes off and how later the electricity come back and how the electricity affect the problem in event so we have to collect the information due to the electricity hence this is called the problem analysis and clarification. c. Identify the possible outcomes After identify the problem and analyzing the problem we have to find the alternative way to find the solution of that problem which method is effective and why, to solve the problem there are many alternative way to solve out the electricity problem. To solve the problem of electricity the are many ways: generator to provide electricity. Inverter to operate different electronic devices etc. d. Problem solving tools and methods I would like solve the problem using problem-solving technique in the design and delivery of an event. i. Plan and Implement It is essential to make plan to face every kind of problem and solve immediately in event. Some problem we can handle easily but some are very difficult to solve. The major problem in planning event is electricity problem. I can solve the problem managing the generator in rent. I will provide training to one person to handle generator when we get electricity problem. I would make sure operator will start generator and resume training as soon as possible. ii. Evaluation I have found there is buffering time when electricity is cut off but using generator is effective to solve the electricity problem but by using the inverter

food is not problem, we arrange the food form restaurant. critical thinking, I used to solve the food problem by arranging food form restaurant, student or participation is greater than we think so we have to arrange the food form outside. Technical problem During the event there are technical problem such as music, mic, and other. To solve this problem, we arrange group of members to handle the technical problem. By using the critical thinking, I make the group of technical specialist person. In our event there is some problem like music off and mic not working properly so we make the group of people to handle it. Prepare presentation for all problems and solutions: Conclusion: According to the task or question I have Demonstrate that critical reasoning has been applied to a given solution. In our event there are some problem occurs while running the event so to solve out these problems our team or I used the critical thinking to solve out this problem. Task 10/ P5 Discuss the importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work. According to the task or question I need to offer well written and justified arguments with examples and evidences to discuss the importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work. Introduction of team and team dynamic: A number of people who communicate with one another often over span of time, and who are few enough so that each person is able to communicate with all the other face-to-face to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way is group or team work. In team work all the people play the vital role in achieving the setting objective or define task we can’t say that because of single person we can get define goals in team work. Single person is good at single work may be multiple work by forming the team we can say that they can do multiple work together. Group dynamics deals with the attitudes and

behavioral patterns of a group. Group dynamics concern how groups are formed, what is their structure and which processes are followed in their functioning. Importance of team and team dynamic: There are many importance of the team and team dynamic in our daily life for the small work we need to develop team for the short time period. Some of the importance of the team and team dynamic are:

  1. Perfect work finishing: one of the importance of the team work is the perfect work finishing for example the group of people work together to get define objective then, there are more idea to the same thing where we can solve out the problem easily hence the team dynamic help for the perfect finishing work. Every people have own view toward the same work where the best idea can be taken to solve out the define objective.
  2. Time management: in team dynamic there is time management concept where the group have to finish the given task in particular time period. Every group of people work together to get specific objective. For example: every work is divide into each work where the time management is done. In team management every individual are given certain task to do in time so the work is divide into many people where the define objective can be full fill. Single person takes more time to do thing but same work is divide among friend the work can be easily solve in time.
  3. Load of work divided among other: for example, single person can’t do all the work in which head of team, divided the work into each group where the load of the work is divided into many people. In office the development of software is divide into many people where the load of work is divide into many people where the load of wok is divide into small-small pieces.
  4. One objective of all: in the team dynamic all the people work to get define objective so it is also the one of importance of the team dynamic where all the people work for each other to get specific objective. In team dynamic the head of team implement the team for the specific objective or goal where all the member of group work together to get the define objective.
  5. Relationship becomes stronger: the importance of the team dynamic is also help to build the relationship among many people. Such as many people work in the same office but they didn’t discuss on any matter. But by making the team they have to

So, our group is technical group where two or individual people given the work of different technical work. Such as two people are assign to manage the project fixation, two people for the electricity supply so that our event can run smoothly, two people for computer operator t operate the computer for the handle the event effectively, where I assign for the testing the technical work done by my friend or our group, and two of our group members is assign for to arrange the music system, and one is assign to generate report of our work. In our group each people are assign to do some technical work. In our group there are total 10 member. As our group is technical group we have to perform some technical work such as project management, electricity supply, computer operating, testing the technical work done by our group member, music system arrangement etc. in our group every person perform their work by communicating with each other. Two members work for the project management where they have to manage the project system. Two members work for the electricity supply for the event and when ever the electricity problem occurs they have to manage it. Two group members used to operate computer where the work of computer operator is to manage the lighting, music, and sound system. And two members used to arrange the music arrangement for the event and handle it smoothly through out the event. And one is used to test all the work done by our group members where he/she have to test the project, electricity, music, computer at least one time. Conclusion: According to question our teacher have divide whole class into small-small group for the different work. Where every group have to do the work as our group is technical group and our work is managing the electricity, project, computer, music etc. so our group manage all the work effectively. To manage the work our team, have great team building. Task 14/ P7 Discuss the importance of CPD and its contribution to own learning.

The process of learning continuous professional development is very help full to build out the education and personal behavior and in professional life also such as in teaching it gives knowledge about how to teach and how to give presentation on the topic. continuous professional development also helps in the technical field such as in interview how to attend the interview and how to be best in the interview. After learning the continuous professional development, we know about the communication skill how to interact with other in individual or in group discussion, how to give presentation on the particular topic how to make body posture and gesture while giving the presentation, time management skill, problem solving method, critical thinking, how to develop the training event and how to manage and implement the event. According to question or task we have to discuss about the importance of CPD (continuous professional development) and its contribution to own learning. Professional practice helps us in may way such as we don’t knowhow to give presentation on the topic and how to continue developing the time, skills and attitude, behavior and many other. Some of the importance of the CPD (continuous professional development) are given below with the example:

  1. Education and knowledge in teacher field: In the teaching field professional development help how to make body posture in active position and how to deliver the speech on the particular subject in more clear way and find out concept and content of the subject. For example, if the teacher does not improve good body posture then the student will not follow the teacher.
  2. Developing technical and analytical skill: continuing professional development help to improve think analytical and development plan for the event or for something.in professional development practices the developer or management team have to think analytical where the development of analytical skills. In continuing professional development, the students were able to improve the time management skill and other problem-solving method where the technical work is done on effective manner.
  3. Work in group: Continuous development practice teach us in both practical and theory manner where the students were able to communicate with each other in effective way where the group of work is done in effective manner by communicating each other. For example, people don’t communicate with other in well manner then the work in group will not be effective.
  4. Better communication: continuous professional development helps us to for the better communication where we can communicate in the better way to the individual or in

Plan: As I am IT officer I have to manage all the computer interlink together to communicate with each other and install and configuring the computer system and solve the computer problem. So, I need to make plan so that all the work which is assign for the IT officer can be done perfectly. Some of the Responsibilities of an it officer or manager:  install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications:  monitor and maintain computer systems and networks  talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues  troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults  replace parts as required  provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports  follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system  support the roll-out of new applications  set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues  respond within agreed time limits to call-outs  work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)  priorities and manage many open cases at one time  rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers  test and evaluate new technology  conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment(Prospects.ac.uk, 2018). All the above points are the responsibility of an it officer or manager. Where officer have to install and configure all the hardware and software operating system. IT officer need all the technical skill required for the company or skill which is need to be an it officer. So as IT officer also required the professional development skills so that officer can communicated with his/her client in effective communication style and need time management skills to manage all the staff according the time. And priorities and manage the work according to the importance not bases no the family relationship. Performance objective:

  1. Agree performance objective: discuss and identify the performance objective with all the staff for the effective performance of their job for the objective of the organization.
  1. Monitoring: monitoring mean not only looking at work also motivate for the work where the company will get success and provide the necessary support for the particular work.
  2. Review: As an IT officer he/she have to review all the work done by the staff so to review all the work and for better performance he/she should attain the meeting time to time. And solve out the problem which occurs while working.
  3. Dealing with under performance: gain agreement from the staff member to improvement in performance, agree performance improvement strategies. Utilize formal procedures accurately as necessary.
  4. Judge the performance: IT officer have to judge the work done by staff which meet the client requirement or not(Performanceobjectivesnow.com, 2018). And provide the deadline to summit the work to the manager. These are the performance objective of the IT office where IT officer need to perform all these objectives to get define goal of an organization. Skills and knowledge require for the job of IT officer:
  5. Technical knowledge: As an IT officer I have should the knowledge of the technical so that if the problem occurs I can solve that problem and install and configure the computer system and manage the computer network in the best way.
  6. Qualification: To be IT officer not only technical knowledge is sufficient so we need the qualification certificate.
  7. Professional development knowledge: To become the IT officer the professional development knowledge plays vital role. Such as after learning the professional practice we know about the interpersonal skills, communication skills how to communicated with each other, time management skills for what work the time should be given first. And critical thinking to solve out the problem of the organization. What are the learning requirement for the future goals?
  8. Continuing professional development: continuing the professional development help to increase the communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and analysis skills etc.
