This ensures that only the right eligible person

will get promoted and won’t let favoritism or

nepotism or other biases hinder the outcome

of the evaluation. It creates a sense of mutual

respect and trust between the team and its

members.

Promotion

need, defining criteria, and communicating

with stakeholders.

  • (^) Prepare and submit promotion requests with

necessary documentation and justification.

  • (^) Follow up on the request, decision-making,

training or support.

Things to be done to maintain good health in team with the

help of Action Planning.
