No Of Pages: not to be less than 100 pages. Binding: only Spiral Binding SIDE MARGINS: Space for side margins should be left on all sheets, however no lines for same should be drawn or printed –anywhere in file. The Project File will include following 10 written exercises in Drafting of Pleading carrying 20 Marks ( Marks for each Exercise) and following 10 written exercises in Conveyancing carrying 20 Marks ( Marks for each exercise).
Drafting Of Pleading (Civil & Criminal) Chapter‐I: Define Pleading and Basic Principal of Pleading. Chapter‐II: Define Plaint & Written Statement and write its essentials. Chapter‐III: Draft a Plaint and written statement for specific Performance of Contract for Purchase of Land Chapter‐IV: Draft a Notice U/S 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Chapter‐V: Draft a Plaint and written statement for the Suit for Defamation. Chapter‐VI: Draft a petition for Conjugal Rights under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Usual affidavit to be filed in this petition. Chapter‐VII: Draft a Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution (Mandamus). Chapter‐VIII: Draft Petition for Maintenance. Chapter‐IX: Draft a Bail Application. Chapter‐X: Draft Criminal complaint by Hindu Wife against her husband for Second Marriage
