Proposed Title Mobile-Based Animal Identifier Management System Using QR Code
Area of Investigation The proposed title is a QR code management system that will help the breeders/pet
owners of Brgy. Bagumbayan Pila, Laguna by accessing its QR coded pet easily with
additional information provided on the system.
Reasons for Choice of Project Nowadays, pet breeders and pet owners use microchips and ear tattoos for their pets
to indicate that the microchipped pet is the pure breed, this method is expensive and
harmful for the animals.
Importance of the Study With the help of QR code management system as an alternative, it will be possible to
have a harmless and inexpensive breeding farm and help the breeders or pet owners by
providing them a manageable system that will provide its pet’s full information.
Target Users/Beneficiary The beneficiaries are:
-Breeders of Brgy. Bagumbayan Pila, Laguna
-Pet owners of Brgy. Pila, Laguna
