A. Methodology It is the discussion of the method used (either qualitative, quantitative, or mixed method), data gathering techniques and tools, sampling procedure, and data analysis techniques.
C. Data Gathering Technique Surveys/questionnaires are found in qualitative and quantitative researches. But for QUANTITATIVE DATA, surveys/ questionnaires are composed of multiple-choice questions, rating scale, and checklist. Questions included in the questionnaire or survey is derived from the research questions or statement of the problem in Chapter 1.
