The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items
you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and
overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will
explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
DESCRIPTIONS PRICE
A. Initial Transfer of remains from place of death to funeral home $ 185.00
B. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff $ 1,050.00
Consultation to determine your wishes and to acquire the information needed to
carry out your requests. Notification and confirmation necessary to plan and
coordinate requested services. Filing of required certification to public and
private agencies. Clerical services required to carry out your wishes. This fee
for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral
arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct
cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding remains.)
C. Care of the Body
1. Embalming $ 495.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming
may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a
funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right
to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct
cremation or immediate burial.
2. Other Preparation of the Body $ 185.00
Dressing, Cosmetology, Casketing
3. Professional Care $ 195.00
When embalming is not requested, bathing, dressing, and other care we recommend.
D. Use of Facilities, Equipment and Staff
1. For Viewing, Visitation, or Receiving Friends, First Day $ 250.00
2. For Funeral Ceremony in our Chapel $ 350.00
3. For Funeral Ceremony in your Church $ 350.00
4. For Graveside Ceremony $ 300.00
5. For Memorial Service $ 350.00
E. Use of Vehicles and Mileage
1. Hearse Service $ 225.00
3. Service Vehicle $ 85.00
4. Mileage, per vehicle, per loaded mile, beyond 50 miles $ 2.25
Total of Service Charge $ 2,825.00
This list does not include sales tax, cemetery charges, or other cash accommodation items you may ask us to pay for you, such
as flowers, newspaper charges for obituaries, etc.. A complete list of those items will be shown on your statement describin g
