Usually and mostly to say something along the lines of "How fat you are" How thin you are”. It s always a little weird to hear someone else's thoughts about your body image. These kind of situations motivates me to build a fitness event. This event includes different activities such as Yoga, Zumba dances, and such. Moreover this kind of event benefited everyone not only physically but also socially and mentally. Moreover, meeting a new friends and having good times with them makes my heart fluttered. Furthermore, hearing them saying" thank you " makes me feel grateful and blessed .Especially seeing them now being contented about their body image and smiling with confidence. In addition, I learned a lot in this event that accept others, be grateful and be kind to everyone. And this event serves as my biggest accomplishments in my whole life. Therefore, making an event is one way to let everyone to stand with confidence and move forward in this judgmental society. Moreover not because you are ahead of them, you have now the authority or freedom to judge or belittle others. Likewise be a good role model to others by encouraging them and helping them. In this way, it will inspire others to do the same thing the way you did.
