Figure 1.1 shows the followiing data that the researchers needed in conducting the stude are; the demographic profile (gender, age, financial status). It also shows the instrumentation used by the researchers which is survey questionnaire. The output that the researchers had is the STEM careers to be taken by STEM students of SFDSS. The aspects that the researchers are looking for is; first the gender that may contribute on decision making of a person in choosing a career. Same goes for age age can be a factor in choosing a job, because some jobs are suitable for matured people and some are suitable for younger people. Financial status can also be a factor, it can limit the career they can take. Second, the focus of concern are in Senior High School STEM students of SFDSS and on factors that influencing the decision-making in choosing a career, data gathering regarding this topic can be done through survey questionnaire. The survey can help to gather the opinions of students. Lastly, it is understood that some factors affects the decision-making of a student in choosing a career. To begin with, gender difference in opportunities and limits of career they can take, and age that can limit the career availability for a particular age, also financial status that can be a major factor in choosing a career. As we continued working on this research various factors influencing the decision-making in choosing a career are revolving around these inputs.
