👉 Say Goodbye to Memorizing – Master All Mathematical Concepts Q: Why a number can be a digit, but every digit is not a number? First, understand the difference: Digit = a single symbol (0–9) Number= a value made using one or more digits

Key Idea: 👉 A “digit is like a letter”. 👉 A “number is like a word”. Examples:

  • 5 ✔ It is a digit ✔ It is also a number (because a single digit can form a number)
  • ** 56 ** → ✔ It is a number ❌ It is NOT a digit (because it has more than one digit: 5 and 6 ) Q2:Why every whole number can be written as fraction with denominator 1? AAnswer: This is because dividing any whole number by 1 gives the same number. Example: 𝟏𝟕 𝟏

Hence, whole numbers can be expressed in fractional form with denominator 1. Q3:Why one is not considered as a prime number?

👉 All integers are numbers, but not all numbers are integers. Q7: Differentiate between area and perimeter. Answer: Area = filling the shape (inside space) Perimeter = walking around the shape (outside edge) Quick memory trick: 👉 Area = “inside” (fill it) 👉 Perimeter = “outside” (walk it) Q 8 : What is the short trick to solve decimal operations? Trick for decimal operations: 👉 Make decimal places equal, then solve like whole numbers. 👉 After solving, place the decimal point by counting total decimal places.
