Hi! My name is Vince M. Marasigan. Teacher 1 from Filipino Department. My task today is to
refresh you about what had happen yesterday during our INSET 2021.
SLIDE NO. 3
We had three moderators, in the person of Mrs. Marife C. Igliane, Ms. Joscelle Joy L. Rivera,
and Mrs. Maria Teresa M. Gamitin who gave us a very smooth yet entertaining show yesterday.
SLIDE NO. 4
Mrs. Lilian Q. Fernandez lead the National Athem, while Ms. Melina C. Aguilar for invocation
and Mrs. Cecilia C. Alvano for roll call of participants via google meet.
Mrs. Gina P. Francia gave us her Opening remarks and Mrs. Lucrecia L. Escritor for her
statement of purpose.
Mr. Joseph C. Hinanay on his messages, reminds the teacher about their promotions and work
concerns. He also addressed current school issues and its solution as well. He warmly said in the
end of his messages, Enjoy the INSET 2021.
SLIDE NO. 5
After a few minutes of break, Mr. Joseph C. Hinanay started his presentation discussing
Administrative Rules and Procedures adhering on the Deped Order No. 49, s. 2006. The quotable
lines he said during his talk, Separate your personal life to your public life.

The next AM Speaker is Mrs. Adela A. Dionido, giving her excellency on discussion about Teaching and Learning Environment in the 21st^ Century. According to her, The teacher play a big role in the teaching-learning environment SLIDE NO. 6 After some discussion regarding Vaccination, Mr. Ronaldo A. Munoz proceeded on his presentation about Effective and Dynamic Administration and Instructional Leadership. According to him, Effective school administration should look powerful that he can manage and supervise his entire subordinate. SLIDE NO. 7 Let us proceed to the Learning of the day. Mrs. Mary Grace A. Dela Guro gave us her reflections and learning regarding Administrative Rules and Procedures. According to her, the teachers are the key player of his improvement. With proper legal knowledge about administrative rules and procedure, it will be serves as fundamental guidelines to empower himself to make action and decision to addresses the needs of learners and its stakeholders in accordance of the law. SLIDE NO. 8 Ms. Carla Jane D. Alvarez learned a lot about Teaching-learning Environment in 21st^ Century. Hearing the topics and subtopics that Ma'am Adela A. Dionido discussed yesterday led me to some realizations. According to her, being 21st century teachers, we must be able to control our stress levels and develop optimal tolerance as much as possible. If we got mad easily, it could ruin our entire day. To understand more, she presented pictures showing different classroom environments/situations in the 21st century learning. Such involved pictures about the activeness of the learners inside the classroom, the usefulness of flexible and collaborative learning approaches, and the existence of the teachers themselves as a factor towards a conducive learning environment. After some insight-gathering, she discussed about the Twelve 21st century skills. She also tackled topics such as the 4 C's - Critical, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication ; Information literacy, Media Literary, Technology literacy, Flexibility, Leadership, Initiative, Productivity and Social Skills. She exclaimed that these are the skills which we teachers need to be able to apply in order to attain the most effective and the efficient teaching-learning process in the 21st century.
