In response to the DepEd-DOH-JMC No. 01, s, 2021, Talaibon Elementary School intends to prepare the school for the necessary action and procedures for the limited face-to-face learning modality and to provide Talaibon Elementary School, Talaibon Ibaan, Batangas Email: [email protected] FB Page: Deped Tayo Talaibon ES-Batangas

REGION IV- A CALABARZON SCHOOLS DIVISION OF BATANGAS TALAIBON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TALAIBON, IBAAN, BATANGAS and equip learners and school personnel against the possible risks in their health and to promote healthy and safe environment. This LAC session will give further knowledge to determine the level of the school readiness based on the SSAT. In addition to this, the session will also tackle the guidelines on the implementation of the Result-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standard for teacher for School Year 2021- 2022, [DM_s2022_004_RPMS], that mandates that all performance appraisal for teacher shall be based on this set of standards. The guidelines will provide the performance management and appraisal of teachers using the remaining 18 indicators of the RPMS and ensure that the measure of performance is appropriate, adaptive, and relevant to capture teachers’ actual performance in the context of pandemic. This training also, will guide teachers on the proper utilization of RPMS indicators and MOV’s in this new normal system of education
OBJECTIVES: (intended
for the participants)
Terminal objective: At the end of the sessions, participants will be able to restore and acquire more ideas on implementing operational guidelines of limited face-to-face learning modality and on RPMS-PPST guidelines for teachers for SY-2021- Enabling objectives:
- To prepare the necessary requirements needed to meet all the indicators and be eligible for the implementation of the face-to-face learning delivery modality.
- To discuss about the guidelines on the implementation of RPMS-PPST for teachers for SY 2021-
- To use the appropriate MOV’s and indicators in COT.
