belonged to rural areas and socially aware them for different issues and how to resolve these issues and give them proper guidance. Social mobilization consists of organizing of communities in rural and in pre urban areas. These communities are organized into Community Organizations (COs) which are organizations at the neighborhood or Mohallah level. These COs consist of membership from 15 households on average. COs ordinarily carry out activities such as household level development planning, trainings, savings and credit. At the second tier, the COs federate at the village level into a Village Organization (VO). Membership of the VO normally consists of two nominated members from each CO in the village. The activities of the VO are to work on development activities which run across the village such as community infrastructure, partnerships with local government and other agencies, and on issues which affect the entire village. At the third tier, VOs federate at the Union Council level to form a Local Support Organization (LSO). This apex organization consists of membership from the VOs in the entire union council and is responsible for coordinating with its membership base to construct a development agenda for its members. It is also responsible for networking and developing linkages with
external organizations such as local government, donors, NGOs and the private sector for the purpose of achieving its development agenda. Introducing NRSP in a new community the NRSP organizers go to a new union councils basically at rural areas union councils are good way to socially mobilize people of a certain community and through dialogue they discuss how to improve social and physical quality of life. This is a way to develop interest in NRSP and organizers. They helped many people in hard times like give rations programs, socially mobilize them. The NRSP staff and the CO members identify an Activist – an experienced local person who will take ideas forward – from amongst the CO members. In our support to the Community Organization we offer capacity building skills and awareness raising sessions to the CO Activists and/or office holders. Additionally, NRSP offers vocational skill training, micro-finance services, physical infrastructure development, and environmental and natural resource management. Awareness of women’s rights, and their right to participate in local development, are integral to NRSP’s work with community members. So National Rural Support program is a good program to socially mobilize any community this type of program helps many communities to develop their social sense and physical behavior as well as they helped them with goods and services in critical situation. Social mobilization is a dynamic responsive process. Two current examples of social mobilization are Enhancement of protection project: social mobilization foe the poorest and social mobilization for human and institutional development. The enhancement and protection project was developed only for the poorest families or communities to establish and develop viable enterprises. Since the project is an effort to put new ideas into practice i.e reaching and supporting poor and giving them assets, information and training. Social account ability of learning and right to education compeign: The project focuses on building upon the work that has been focus on youth as education ambassadars giving voice to youth on serious dimensions and under article 25 A Right to education and its implementation at district and country level.

Generating creative tools and analysis for the right to advance education of citizen voice and evidence etc. Working in a friendly manner to aware the communities to empower local bodies for the right to education. Creating and enabling new and innovative, technical programs to promote advance education for youth with respect of RTE. as the constitutional of Pakistan 1973 assures equal right to education for every citizens of Pakistan but there are such backward areas are also there where right to education laws were not implemented in some areas of Pakistan like FATA and some tribal areas. They don’t led their young ones to get quality of education the reason is somehow illiteracy and poor management so due to proper cut off with cities it would be difficult to get education. In order to get them awareness and
