In the current situation Addis Ababa the national museum, in most senses, is a well-kept secret. Few people know the wealth of information, displays, artifacts and invaluable arts it houses. So, it is not a surprise that in any given day, one can enjoy the whole museum alone or with as few as two or three other visitors. Even if the museum is one of the major sources as tourist for our country it has various limitations. The following is the general problems that face in Addis Ababa the national museum
These National museum still have not an automations(manual based) system for visitors for its viewers, carries in documenting that era (for good or bad) is difficult and it is essay to forget It is too much time consuming to visitors each and every heritages by human empower Institutionally they are often characterized by small offices with limited number of staff hence low capacity Have economic problems when the notational museum empower much more employee as guider in the museum So after analysis the above problem we are tried to develop Addis Ababa the national museum application that install easily in any visitor smart phone.
The general objective of this project is to design and implement a system that is easily accessible by visitors using their cell phones in Addis Ababa the national museum.
The aim of this project is to develop mobile based applications with the following specific objectives
Identify the problems of the existing system Design the architecture for the mobile based application system Develop user friendly and interactive system that is easier for mobile users
The scope of this project design and implement a mobile based application for Addis Ababa museum. These are an application Implemented for Addis Ababa museum to enable the users upload and view heritages. It has client side and server side applications.
In order to develop these applications we are used different Software and hardware tools finely we are simulate the project. Generally we are used the following tools.
Hardware tools: Storage devices: like hard disk, flash disc. Desktop /laptop computer Smart phone Internet cable. Software tools: Android OS: android is a Linux – base operating system designed primarily for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers VertrigoServ: is a complete PHP development and server environment for Windows Database server (back end) like MYSQL server Web browser Programming environment (Front End) like PHP, JAVA, HTML, JavaScript, CSS Eclipse to design the proposed system. It is a Multilanguage integrated development environment (IDE) comprised as base workspace and an extensible plug-in system for customizing the environment.
Display description: it is used to Display the description of heritages that upload by Administrator (or any employee in the museum) Speak: allows automatic speak of the description of the heritage by using voice Camera search: Enable the user to search the heritage by capturing a photo of it. Display: it is used to Display heritages that upload by Administrator (or any employee in the museum)

System modeling is the process of developing abstract models of a system, with each model presenting a different view or perspective of that system [SOMMERVILLE2010]. System modeling has generally come to mean representing the system using some kind of graphical notation, which is now almost always based on notations in the Unified Modeling Language (UML) the followings are our general system for Addis Ababa museum Application [4].
The most important aspect of these web based application system model is that it leaves out detail. This model is an abstraction of the system being studied rather than an alternative representation of that system. Ideally, a representation of a system should maintain all the information .these is the overview of web based applications system model
These is the system model of the client side system should maintain all the information abstraction of the system being studied.
