    4. Insert a cover page with your names, student ID and class section #. Your Team Project should be done in groups of three or four.

Consider the following when framing the problem:

  1. The process inputs and outputs and what is the root cause of the problem within the process that you are presenting.
  2. What are the priorities of the company in order to ensure success?
  3. What criteria will be utilised to measure the effectiveness of the improved process? Team Charter Each team will develop and submit a team charter via Brightspace. The team contract should include the names of team members, the roles they will assume for the project, descriptions of these roles, and the team's commitments and standards. Clearly define team roles and assign each role to a specific team member. Outline the responsibilities and duties associated with each role, and carefully consider who is best suited for each position. This will ensure everyone understands their own expectations and those of their teammates. Project Written Report (15%) Focus: As stated earlier you are to provide an overview of how you propose to redesign the process or organisation, focusing on increasing efficiency, including the issues with implementation and the impact these changes will have on your performance measures and competing priorities. Use fundamental OM concepts and principles to structure your argument. The report will be submitted to Brightspace. This document should not exceed 5,000 words (10pages) (excluding appendices and bibliography). This number is a maximum rather than a target. Format and write it as if you were writing a business report, so be sure to pay attention to grammar, punctuation, labelling and referencing of figures and tables and ensure an excellent logical flow to the narrative. Among the information contained in the report are: Title Page: The title page should include the project title, the student names, the course and instructor, and the date (Not included in the word count). Executive summary: A summary of your report no longer than 300 words (included in word count) will provide a glance at your entire report. Bibliography and Formatting: Use APA Style Seventh Edition for the bibliography and formatting of your report. Detail guidelines for APA formatting can be found in the following link: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines
