Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems, monitor system performance and define operational maintenance procedures for Nortel BSCs and Nortel Metrocell BTSs. Ensure operational requirements are met for new systems. Prepare written reports of symptoms, root cause, actions, customer impact and final solution showing trends of network problems. Verify network subsystems are operating within network standards by gathering and analyzing system performance data and that subsystem integrity is maintained.

  • Worked in National Technical Assistance Center as a technical support engineer, to assist internal Sprint customers for Tier-2/3 troubleshooting of Nortel MTX wireless switches, BSCs, Passport 15000 ATM switches, Metrocell BTSs, Motorola CBSC, SC4112 BTSs, and Cisco Routers in a 3G wireless CDMA network
