 He knocks the door and seeks permission.  Dark complexioned.  Came nearby town and lost both his pipe and his tobacco pouch.  Homeowners serve him.

THIRD STRANGER

The door knocked again another stranger stepped in.

Civil in behavior and dressing lips become white.

Out of the door hurriedly without a word.

Gun shot from the jail.
