You have been hired as the first HR manager for a large nursing home employing over 100 people in Galway. The owner of the nursing home asked you to look at the pay package for nurses. Because of the high level of turnover, she believes that their pay package is no longer competitive. Write a report:
a. describing factors from the external environment that may be impacting on this group of employees; and
b. prioritising approaches that can be used to ‘price’ this position.
