Inside this Issue (^) TOWSON ROW SITE DEBUT Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Caves Valley Partners, Towson Chamber and community members came together for the site debut of the area’s newest mixed-use development, Towson Row. Anchored by Whole Foods Market, Towson Row will feature restaurant and retail space, apartments, office space, student housing, a business-oriented hotel, and a parking garage. The project is slated for completion in 2018.
