A checklist of the eight most desirable competencies identified by employers through a survey conducted by the national association of colleges and employers (nace). The checklist includes skills in critical thinking, oral/written communication, teamwork, digital technology, leadership, professionalism, career management, and global/intercultural fluency. Users are encouraged to check the skills they already possess and circle the ones they want to develop. The document also includes sections on transferring skills to new experiences and improving skills through purposeful development.
