This market feasibility report outlines the findings of secondary and primary research conducted for a waste management venture. The report discusses the importance of commission reports, accounting reports, and deals figures in the context of the venture. The primary research reveals that people are interested in availing the service, want it to be cost-effective, and prioritize availability and accessibility. The report also suggests market segmentation based on types of waste, regime of people, and geographic location.

Market feasibility report for my venture i.e. Waste Management. Secondary Research Sources - Commission Reports- This is particularly important for my venture as Govt. Authorities tends to ask reports on how much pollution a certain company does and if it is higher than the set level, the venture could be foreclosed.
keeping the record of every penny is harder than even running the venture. To ensure a good and a bright future of the venture, one needs to keep every penny’s count in the books. Deals figures – Advancement in technology means the more complicated it is to degrade the waste and this cannot be done alone. To thrive and make a name for the company you need investors and capital which can only come if investors find your venture worthy enough. Now coming onto the Primary Research Sources and studying the feedbacks that I got from the others: 1.) From the feedback I got many of them are interested in availing my service and many would recommend this to others as nowadays the level of pollution has increased so high that scientists predict that there will be a pandemic in future. 2.) They want us to manage the waste at a cheaper cost to the MNC’s. 3.) Almost everyone thinks availability and accessibility is our issue. Now moving onto the Questions: 1.) What does your secondary and primary research tell you about the market for your product or service? Ans.- Based on my secondary and primary research, I can deduce that people are very interested in availing my services as there is a threat of pandemic and the pollution levels are higher than ever. 2.) Based on your research, how should you segment the market and what are the appropriate targets for your product or service? Support your assertions with evidence from your research. Ans .- Market Segmentation for my Product go accordingly: Types of waste– It is one of the important segment in my venture, as we know it is very difficult to decompose plastics as compared to other waste and as we accomplish newer heights in our life, the waste we leave behind is more difficult to be managed. Régime of People- This can be a key note for my venture as my venture exclusively stands on the fact that how do people live their lives and what kind of daily waste they put in our waste management plant. Geographic Segmentation – This segment can affect my venture as yes, people living in different region may have different levels of pollution in the surrounding. 3.) How will you position your product or service relative to the alternatives in the marketplace? Support your assertions with evidence from your research.
Ans.- Although there are very few waste treatment plants across the nation , but this can never stop us from working towards our goal of making the world a better place to live in and making it secure for our next generations. 4.) Does your research align with your original thoughts about your product or service’s target market and its positioning within the market? Why or why not? Ans.- Yes, undoubtly. My research and my thoughts align perfectly as one always need to pre plan what his/her venture is about and where he sees himself in the coming 10 or 20 years or so. It is necessary for a venture to be well thought of otherwise it will be built on weak foundations which won’t hold the structure for a long period of time. For e.g.: I wanted to set up 3 plants all across the city but then due to availability of space and money I had to drop this plan and later I decided to put all my efforts at one place and later expand when the conditions are stable for the venture and mother nature
