We put this in water fall because; in this software project we are clear about the
goals. We are clear about all the functionalities of the software. We aware what
exactly we have to do.
But the solution is not so clear that how we are going to achieve the required goals.
There are some problems which are disturbing somewhat like how will we
implement the authentication a voter.
