You have been contacted by a local government agency for your advice on their legal and public service obligations with regard to the implementation of Web accessibility guidelines. Prepare a short consultant’s report for them, setting out the main considerations in Web accessibility, and outlining how these considerations can be addressed using HTML and/or other Web-based technologies.
