When setting up a wellness and fitness center, human capital is significant. Qualified members need to
operate the facility because of the risks associated with the equipment used when exercising. The
people working in the healthcare facility also need to be satisfied with the prevailing working conditions
to deliver the best. There is a need to ensure that their welfare is addressed. The following are some of
the questions regarding human capital and contingencies that I would like to get feedback on.
Since there will be increased use of equipment in the center. What are some of the strategies to
minimize accidents in the wellness and fitness center?
How will the staff assist in the wellness and fitness center be recruited?
Who will be responsible for injuries in the wellness and fitness center due to an accident when
using the facility?
How will the stipend for the staff members who will work in the facility be determined?
How will the management motivate the employees?
There is a possible risk of the employees not agreeing with the working conditions in the place,
is there a way of addressing such issues and ensuring that the employees are satisfied?
Are there promotion opportunities and other motivation for the employees in the facility?
Fatigue may affect the employees in the workplace. What procedure is there in the healthcare
facility to minimize cases of fatigue?
How frequently will employees meet to address any issue affecting them?
