As societal changes in the west have occurred, I think China has followed in the
path of change. There are plenty of indications that the young people of China are
following those in the west and adopting the same way of life. I think one of the biggest
reasons for this is due to technology. Our world is connected in a way it never has been
before. For this reason the Chinese are more exposed to western ways and apt to societal
changes in the young generation. It is clear that the young people of China are becoming
more like those in the west by the way that they dress, act, treat traditions, and plenty
more. The individualistic lifestyle of the west has no doubt rubbed off in China as well as
many other places around the world.
