SAMPLE WORKFORCE PLANNING FOR A COMPANY
(ANALYSIS AND SOLUTIONS)
1. Internal Analysis
One of the internal problems faced by one of the Head Office of an eyewear company
I’ve known is the number of turnovers that they received at the Human Resource
Department which they’ve tried to solve by hiring externally.
2. External Analysis
One of their external problems is the sudden changes in the economy. With a number of
branches being shut down due to the result of pandemic which then affects the number
of people managed by the human resource and problems that is needed to fix.
3. Possible Solution
The company gives a good monetary pay and even open to job rotation so I think they
should also look out for the non-monetary ones. Increasing incentives, benefits or
having them engage in activities that would increase their motivations towards working
in the company.
