Schools are not teaching students the skills they need for their future. Do you agree?
Does the school help the students for their future?
Nowadays schools teach students skills that they can use in the future, but not the
primary. As a teenager, I know what I study and I think that only some information
can be used for a possible future.
School is meant to teach us not about life but about the basic concepts that back up
future careers. We humans are work machines, we are born to labour, and school
makes sure of that.
We have academic knowledge but we don’t know anything about money
management. I think that as regards the social part, the school prepare us to have
relationships with friends and collegues, but about the education it should be
improved.
The future of work may be uncertain but there is one thing that is absolutely clear:
computer science will be in greater demand than ever before and every student, in
every school, should have an opportunity to learn it.
