La simulazione ha una durata di 7 minuti reali.
La corsa è controindicata per chi:
- si trova sotto influenza di alcol e/o sostanze stupefacenti;
- soffre di disturbi cardiaci, disturbi a schiena o collo, o qualsiasi grave disabilità;
- è in stato di gravidanza;
- soffre di chinetosi
Ulteriori importanti raccomandazioni:
- non è consentito salire in vettura con bibite, borse o oggetti nelle tasche;
- il cliente ha l'obbligo di esercitare un comportamento responsabile e corretto durante l'utilizzo del simulatore;
- il cliente ha la responsabilità di osservare tutti gli avvertimenti orali e scritti e le istruzioni, prima e durante l'utilizzo del simulatore.
Il cliente, se in possesso di un voucher, deve presentarsi all'operatore 10 minuti prima dell'orario indicato nella conferma della prenotazione.
Il voucher ha validità solamente nella data e nell'orario indicati nel documento di prenotazione.
In caso di impossibilità a svolgere la sessione, sarà possibile richiedere tramite e-mail un voucher libero di importo corrispondente con validità un anno, o una variazione di data e
ora della simulazione, entro e non oltre il giorno precedente la data di simulazione.

The actual duration of the simulation is 7 minutes.
The ride is not recommended to people who:
- are under the effects of alcohol or any type of drug;
- suffer from heart condition, trouble to their back or neck, or any serious disability;
- are pregnant;
- suffer from motion sickness
Additional important recommendations:
- the customer may not get in the car with beverages, bags, or objects in their pockets;
- the customer must behave responsibly and properly while using the simulator;
- the customer must comply with all verbal and written warnings and instructions before and during the use of the simulator
The customer must carry the voucher, if any, with him/her and show him/herself to the operator 10 minutes before the time indicated in the reservation confirmation.
The voucher will be valid for the date and time indicated in the reservation document only.
In case the session cannot be held, the customer can ask by e-mail for either a free voucher for the same amount with a one-year expiration date or a change in the simulation
date and time by and not later than the day before the simulation date.
