A. INTRODUCTION

Today we live in the age of technology, so e-commerce is very developed. E-commerce is a process of doing business through electronic means. In a simpler way, buying and selling products or services through internet services such as payment, ordering, shipping, etc. And in the last epidemic situation, we found that this was necessary for online shopping and ordering services, etc. And so we decided to open a web development training program. Figure 1 : INTRODUCTION

B. Demonstrate the use of 3 different

communication styles within your team.

Discuss the purpose of Software Development

with its objectives.

I. Definition and the importance of communication skill:

1. Definition: Communication skills are your abilities when giving and receiving different kinds of information. Some examples include communicating new ideas, feelings, or even an update on your project. Communication skills involve listening, speaking, observing, and empathizing. It is also helpful to understand the differences in how to communicate

An organization or a group of people wishes to exist and collaborate in a logical manner, which demands communication. Through communication, each person understands the wants and desires of the others, as well as the group's common aim. Everyone will work together to attain a common objective on this foundation.

  • Communication helps to form and develop personality: People will get an understanding of culture, morals, and social standards through communication. Responsibility, altruism, tolerance, and other ethical norms are also created. Also, through conversation, each individual will become self-aware and judge themselves based on the perception and appraisal of others. Each individual will then understand how to self-adjust in order to improve themselves.

II. Verbal communication:

Verbal communication is the use of words to share information with other people. It can therefore include both spoken and written communication. However, many people use the term to describe only spoken communication. The verbal element of communication is all about the words that you choose, and how they are heard and interpreted. (Anon., 2011) ❖ Verbal communication, on the other hand, is separated into two types:

  • The spoken exchange of ideas is referred to as oral communication. To do this, all parties involved must follow a common code, in this case the language or languages. In other words, without the presence of language, which manifests itself through speech, oral communication is impossible.
  • Writing communication is the exchange of ideas through the use of a written code, words from the same language, or any other shared system that the message's recipients can decode. As a result, the alphabet (together with its orthodox grammatical standards) is an essential code for written communication.
  • Communication listening abilities include: o paying close attention. o Show respect to the speaker. o Maintain a neutral, nonjudgmental perspective. o Understanding - Listening skills are vital in communicating. o Feedback and exchange o When listening and speaking, synthesize and process information. o Remove all distractions and concentrate on the talk.

III. Non-verbal communication:

Nonverbal communication, also called manual language, is the process of sending and receiving messages without using words, either spoken or written. Similar to the way that italicizing emphasizes written language, nonverbal behavior may emphasize parts of a verbal message. (Nordquist, June 29, 2020)

Figure 3 : Non-verbal communication ❖ Types of nonverbal communication

  • Facial expressions. The human face is extremely expressive, able to convey countless emotions without saying a word.
  • Body movement and posture.
  • Gestures.
  • Eye contact.
  • Touch.
  • Space.
  • Voice.
  • Pay attention to inconsistencies.

IV. Communication in my group:

The group name (KPT) includes 3 members, namely Viet Tien, Phuc Khang, and Nguyen Khanh. And the role of the team member:

  • Team Leader (Nguyen Khanh)
  • Marketer (Phuc Khang)

C. DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE USED

EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN

PLANNING AN EVENT (P2)

I. Definition and the importance of time management skill:

1. Definition: - Time management is the method of planning and balancing your time between different activities. Good time management helps you to complete a given task in a specific time frame amidst challenges and tight schedules. When you manage your schedule and deadlines, strong time management skills help you better your reputation and move ahead in the workplace. - Time management skills are those that help you use your time effectively and achieve desired results. These can help you allocate your time properly and accomplish tasks efficiently. (Team, 16 June 2022) 2. Importance of time management skill: - Time management is essential since it enables you to structure your workday in order to expand your business while keeping a healthy work-life balance. - Time management skills are essential because they help you to arrange your work so that you can meet your goals. For example, if you want to get a job, you'll need time to update your resume, look for employment prospects, apply, research companies, and prepare for interviews.

D. DEMONSTRATE THE USE OF DIFFERENT

PROBLEM-SOLVING TECHNIQUES IN THE

DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF AN EVENT

I. Definition and the importance of problem solving:

1. Definition: A problem is any unpleasant situation which prevents people from achieving what they want to achieve. Any activity to eliminate a problem is termed problem solving. Problem solving skills refers to our ability to solve problems in an effective and timely manner without any impediments. It involves being able to identify and define the problem, generating alternative solutions, evaluating and selecting the best alternative, and implementing the selected solution.

Obtaining a feedback and responding to it appropriately is an essential aspect of problem solving skills too.We face problems every time. However, some problems are more complex than others. But whether you face big problems or small ones, this skill helps solve it effectively. (cleverism, 2021)

2. Importance: (cleverism, 2021) Obviously, every organization has problems and every individual has problems too. For this reason, the ability to solve problems is of great importance to individuals and organizations. Some of the benefits include: - Make the impossible possible. Knowledge alone is not the key to solving problems but rather, complimenting it with systematic problem solving approaches makesthe difference. This helps individuals and organizations overcome perilous challenges. - Makes you a stand out. People are trained to do the usual. They have acquired skills and knowledge in what they do. However, people can hardly solve problems when they are unexpected or unprecedented ones. If you become a regular problem solver at your workplace, you are easily noticed, recognized, and appreciated. - Increased confidence. No matter where you work or what your profession is, having the ability to solve problems will boost your confidence level. Because you are sure of your ability to solve problems, you don’t spend time worrying about what you will do if a problem should arise.

should take everyone’s thoughts into account when you’re brainstorming these ideas, as well as all the insights you’ve gleaned from your data analysis. It also helps to seek input from others at this stage, as they may come up with solutions you haven’t thought of. Depending on the type of problem, it can be useful to think of both short- term and long-term solutions, as some of your options may take a while to implement.

  • Evaluate the options: Each option will have pros and cons, and it’s important you list all of these, as well as how each solution could impact key stakeholders. Once you’ve narrowed down your options to three or four, it’s often a good idea to go to other employees for feedback just in case you’ve missed something. You should also work out how each option ties in with the broader goals of the business.
  • Select the best solution: Only now should you choose which solution you’re going to go with. What you decide should be whatever solves the problem most effectively while also taking the interests of everyone involved into account. There may be a way to merge two options together in order to satisfy more people.
  • Create an implementation plan: At this point you might be thinking it’s time to sit back and relax – problem solved, right? There are actually two more steps involved if you want your problem-solving method to be truly effective. The first is to create an implementation plan. After all, if you don’t carry out your solution effectively, you’re not really solving the problem at all. Create an implementation plan on how you will put your solution into practice. One problem solving technique that many use here is to introduce a testing and feedback phase just to make sure the option you’ve selected really is the most viable. You’ll also want to include any changes to your solution that may occur in your implementation plan, as well as how you’ll monitor compliance and success.
  • Communicate your solution: There’s one last step to consider as part of the problem- solving methodology, and that’s communicating your solution. Without this crucial part of the process, how is anyone going to know what you’ve decided? Make sure you communicate your decision to all the people who might be impacted by it. Not everyone is going to be 100 percent happy with it, so when you communicate you must give them context. Explain exactly why you’ve made that decision and how the pros mean it’s better than any of the other options you came up with. 2. Tools for the problem solving:The Fishbone Diagram : The Fishbone Diagram (also known as the Ishikawa diagram) is a root cause analysis tool used to identify possible causes of problems or inefficiencies in a process. The Fishbone Diagram is said to look like a fishbone and consists of three main elements that were named with this in mind:
  • Fish Head: This is the part of the diagram where you write the main problem identified. It is the basis for completing the rest of the fishbone diagram template.
  • Spine : Like all fish, the Fishbone diagram has a spine that branches out and provides support. On the one end is the head while leading away are all the bones branching off. Each of these represents a higher-level category that needs to be considered.
  • Bones: The bones of the diagram branch out from the spine; this is where the various potential causes can be listed. You can add as many as you are able to identify. Teams can use a Fishbone Ishikawa Diagram template to visualize all possible causes of a problem and zero in on the underlying cause. In doing so, they are able to anticipate the consequences with effective analysis. (miro, 2022) Figure 9 : The Fishbone DiagramFlowchart: A flowchart is a diagram that depicts a process, system or computer algorithm. They are widely used in multiple fields to document, study, plan, improve and communicate often complex processes in clear, easy-to-understand diagrams.

Figure 11 :Mind MapSWOT Analysis: SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) is a strategic planning and strategic management technique used to help a person or organization identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to business competition or project planning. It is sometimes called situational assessment or situational analysis.Additional acronyms using the same components include TOWS and WOTS- UP. This technique is designed for use in the preliminary stages of decision-making processes and can be used as a tool for evaluation of the strategic position of organizations of many kinds (for-profit enterprises, local and national governments, NGOs, etc.). It is intended to identify the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving the objectives of the venture or project. Users of a SWOT analysis often ask and answer questions to generate meaningful information for each category to make the tool useful and identify their competitive advantage. SWOT has been described as a tried-and-true tool of strategic analysis, but has also been criticized for its limitations, and alternatives have been developed. (Wikipedia, 7 August 2022)

III. Problems and solutions in the training event:

Problem Acffect Level Solution Members of the group have differing perspectives. High Members should listen and be calm; focusing too much on our self-esteem would prohibit us from being intimate and united. Listen and exchange ideas for the larger good of the group, and everything will improve. It is recommended that you work hard to cooperate and communicate your own ideas, and that you put your heart and soul into the assignment so that you do not feel alone in the group.
