WHAT IS STEAM

What's Business Process A business process is a set of activities or tasks that are carried out in a coordinated and systematic way to achieve a specific goal or outcome within a business or organization. Business processes can be used to improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction. These processes can be formal or informal, and may involve people, technology, or a combination of both. Common examples of business processes include marketing and sales processes, customer service processes, production processes, and financial processes such as accounting and budgeting.

Activity diagram for purchasing game process of Steam This activity diagram outlines the process of purchasing a game on Steam. The user begins by opening Steam's store and then selects a game by either browsing the store or searching for a specific game. After selecting a game, the user can view its details, including the description, rating, and price. The user then has the option to add the game to their cart or continue browsing the store. At any point, the user can review their cart to see which games they have added. Once the user has finished shopping, they can proceed to pay for the games in their cart. After the payment is successful, the games are added to the user's library and can be downloaded and played at any time.

Activity diagram for handling the bugs report and update new version of Steam This activity diagram outlines the process of handling the bugs report from user of Steam. The user begins by opening Steam's store and found bugs, and then report those to the system. After report, the system will send the reports to the staff. Then the staff the check the report to ensure the report is valid or not. If the report was incorrect, the staff will send their feedback and correction to the user. If the the report was correct, the staff will working to fix the bugs. After fixing the bugs, the staff have to update the laucher. And then, user will received the patch note about the bugs and the new bug-free version of the launcher. When received the notification, user will update the launcher to the newer version with out the bugs they reported before.

Activity diagram for software development staff recruitment process This activity diagram outlines the staff récuiment. The company posts job vacancies on websites including requirements. Candidates who see the recruitment notice have submitted their application. Approved applications will participate in the first round of interviews. If you pass, you will be eligible to apply for the second round. Here, candidates will be required to test their skills and understanding of coding. If they pass, they will be admitted for a trial. Besides, candidates will be negotiated about salary and benefits. Upon successful probation, they will be promoted to full-time employees.

Finance and Accounting: This process manages the financial transactions of Steam, including billing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
