Abstract
Inventory is the supply of raw materials it represents a sizeable investment and a potential source of waste that needs to be carefully controlled. Meanwhile, Inventory management is challenging problem in supply management, in order to meet the transparency of their employees and to comply with the production of the company where as it includes the fulfillment of demand and avoiding overstock, Inventory system is need to administer the management of inventory. This project presents a system for computer sale and services (business) to record their firm’s performance as well as their sales

The important studying in inventory system is to keep track of the flow of goods. Inventory system are designed to tell you where each product is going how is being sold when you need to order more and which products produce the greatest profit. At business rely on inventory system play this vital role by accounting for all goods or products. They also show where a particular item is in the flow of sales whether it is in a warehouse or on a store shelf. The main purpose of inventory system is simple to enable a business take stock and appropriately manage their goods and products. Inventory system is a process done by a business that sells product in order to help analyze how the business is performing.
Businesses needs to implement some form of inventory control system to keep an accurate merchandise count, as well as for accounting purposes. Business owners generally have a choice between using a computerized or a manual inventory system. As of now in other business industries, they are using old and manual system in listing their items such as property, goods in stock and other content of their firm that can cause different conflicts such like huge use of time, labor intensive, human error, etc.

Nowadays, people are depending in technologies, because it makes their jobs easier and give them time to other things. In the business industry, some of the companies are using a system for the company sales and inventories but others still cannot follow the prevailing trend of having these systems. It is hard for them to facilitate their sales and inventory and it lead them to find time to record and manage it.
The literally meaning of inventory is “stock of goods”. Inventory is basically the total amount of goods and materials held in stock by a factory, store and other businesses. An inventory system is a process whereby a business keeps track of the goods and material it has available. In its simplest sense it can be done manually by a count at the end of each day. In this way it is possible to keep record of the goods coming in to the business and goods being sold. The main purpose of inventory system is to manage the company or store goods and products. Inventory system is a process done by a business that sells product in order to help analyse how the business is performing.
Statement of the Problem
The problem is the inventory system must not only store quantity information, but must also provide details of its location in the storage room. Misplaced inventory results in wasted

time as workers search for lost materials. Time delays can result in late deliveries to costumer as well.
General Objective
The main objective of this proposal is to provide an efficient automated system that can be used by other business for their daily operation to reduce workforce or unnecessary error prone complications and efforts.
Specific Objective
- (^) Keep track of their inventory levels and to calculate a list of the items utilized during a course of time also calculate and analyze the requirements for the future.
- Keep inventory at sufficiently high level to perform production and sales activities properly.
- Produce a user friendly interface that can easily learn by an ordinary employee
Significance of the Study
This proposal is very helpful not just in an company but also in the employee itself. It helps to lessen the work during work hours and prevent inconvenience that cause by human

there’s someone who wants to order, that would be the only time they should encode their brand new products. When it comes to their surplus they don’t have the lists of this because they don’t have yet their own system. The company are also using notepad for the updates of price or supplier price. Besides MS Excel, AMs PC Computer sales and services are using software application such as MS Word, Spreadsheet, Notepad, Excel borders etc. The personnel of the current system are the owner of their company and the employee’s is allowing to use it.

Inventory system is important to ensure quality control in businesses that handle transactions revolving around consumer goods. An inventory system is a process whereby a business keeps track of the goods and material it has available. In its simplest sense it can be done manually by a count at the end of each day. In this way it is possible to keep record of the goods coming in to the business and goods being sold. The proposed system aims to ease the process of recording stocks and items of a company and can also use to track necessary things that can help to fulfill the demand of the company. This project may result varying the future of the company in positive way and provide a help in business industry.
