Description statement
For this project I decided to use a mobile to represent an equation. This will show the balance
between the sides of the equation. The main entry point will be the ball. On one side of the ball
there will be a hook, this hook represents the addition operator, and suspended from this hook
will be the two arguments of the operator. Since both sides of this operator in this equation are
identical, except in the choice of veritable names, both sides of the hook are the same.
Suspended from the connecting rod in the hook attached at both ends are the identical variables
and their operator's. Every veritable is represented by a plate. The exponent of the veritable is
represented by the number of plates. If Since A is raised to the second power it will have to
plates. To give the user an idea of the magnitude of the veritable strips will be hung from the
plate. The number of strips corresponds indirectly to the magnitude of veritable.
Also note that there will be colored balance on either side of the ball. Each strip hanging from the
same plate will have the same color. And summing all the colors on one side will yield the sum of
the colors on the other side. In addition to the mobile has a treelike structure similar to the
mathML for its fifth of the eye are to the a crew structure.
The user can interact with the object by poking at it and watching it spin around in the virtual
world. The user will notice that in the virtual world the equation maintains balance at all times.
