A potential outcome of these changes is an increase in sales, which would benefit the business. On the contrary, there are only six employees. There might be pressure on employees to manage the new changes, which could decrease employee satisfaction. A3. Team Benefits โ What are potential positive outcomes for your team? Potential positive outcomes are job stability. The employees would not worry about their small coffee shop having to downsize or lay off employees if sales increase.
