Evidence Summary Table:

Crime

Conclusion: Anna Garcia’s cause of death was tripping and hitting the stool. The manner of death in Anna’s body is the impact from the stool onto her head, that hit her brain so hard that the nerves malfunctioned. Her mechanism of death was the traumatic brain injury shown in the histology report. Recommendation to the Law Enforcement: I do not recommend taking this case as a legal investigation because I think that this death was not caused by any outside pressure, but was Anna’s fault for dying. She was the one who tripped and caused the brain injury. The law enforcement should close this case, as it needs no further investigation, because the evidence has shown us that it is not a murder.
