I. INTRODUCTION.

In Assignment 1, I went through two main sections. In the first part, I discussed the basic soft skills required such as effective communication, problem-solving and critical thinking. In the second part, I presented the formation and working process of my team to implement the event "VNPAY - For a simpler life" for students at the University of Greenwich. Both sections are well documented and presented. In this project, we also see the strengths and weaknesses of the group as well as each member so that we can develop ourselves in the future. In Assignment 2, I will go deeper into discussing the importance and dynamics of working within a team and the impact of team working in different environments for the event “VNPAY - For a simpler life.” Additionally, this report examines the need for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and its role within the workplace and for higher-level learning. From that, I produce a development plan for myself by setting setting long-term and short-term goals that outlines responsibilities, performance objectives and required skills, knowledge and learning for my own future goals.

II. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM DYNAMICS IN

THE SUCCESS AND/OR FAILURE OF GROUP WORK (P5).

1. Definition of team dynamics.

The phrase "team dynamics" refers to the behavioral relationships that exist among members of a group. It evaluates how well the representatives can engage with one another, including how well they can convey their ideas and whether they can work together. Healthy team dynamics are critical to any company's success. The nature of the team's job, the personalities on the team, their working relationships with other people, and the setting in which the team works all contribute to team dynamics.

Figure 2. 7 Characteristics of Team Dynamics.

2. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group

work.

The impact of team dynamics on creativity, productivity, and effectiveness is significant. Because group work is so important in businesses, bettering group dynamics can lead to better work results, customer happiness, and a higher bottom line. Improving team dynamics is well worth the time and effort, since it has numerous advantages for a company's operations. Positive team dynamics can benefit your business in a variety of ways, not least because it is the most reliable way of maximizing your employees' maximum potential through their talents and experience.  Improved Results - A team that is working to its full potential will inevitably produce better results. They are more focused, have a better understanding of their goals, and collaborate more effectively.

 Greater Collaboration – greater levels of cooperation and collaboration are possible when teams work in a more informal and supportive atmosphere.  Faster Decision-Making – team members are more willing to listen to each other and so make faster decisions.  Greater Commitment – individual team members feel more valued. The pay back is greater commitment and loyalty from workers. Figure 3. The importance of team dynamics.

3. In my group.

3.1 The success of group work.

The success Solution Solve the problem of talent difference We divide the work according to each person's ability but that does not mean that the better members will work more. The work is divided equally and if one member is having difficulty, the whole team will do it together. Avoid conflict To avoid conflict of opinion, we will listen to everyone's opinions and discuss the good and bad points of each idea, then gather and find the best one. Determine goals clearly and make the right decisions It is easy to get bogged down if we do not clearly define our goals in advance, so holding a meeting to discuss together and figure out what to

1.2 About the event (VNPAY - For a simpler life).

Nguyen Duc Thien is an introvert and a bit quiet, he is very suitable for jobs related to Technology and machinery. His task in that team is to check the authenticity of the technology-related content from Linh (Marcom department). Furthermore, he will be in charge of installing the machines and arranging the layout of the technology equipment in the room to ensure that he will give the attendees the best experience. Finally, he had to finish as soon as possible a short video demo of the product and a pre- planned event website to make sure everything was perfect.

2.2 My role.

Le Nguyen Quang Nam (Related to Content) In this program, my task is to check the work checklist and create a few customer requirements to improve the user experience in the program. I am the one who booked the meeting, entertainment and dining venues for the guests. Arrange and schedule presentations for which I am responsible. I have invested a lot of time and effort in creating a reasonable schedule so that everyone can participate. In addition, I have a hobby of creating content related to text and images. Writing good articles and content and a timeline of great programs on the website as well as brainstorming for program ideas is something I regularly do. I am also a person who often makes optimal solutions and important decisions for the group.

3. Result of the group.

This has been a rewarding and wonderful experience for me personally as well as for all members of the team. In the learning process, there are not too many opportunities for us to work in groups like this. After nearly a month of working together to organize the event "VNPAY - For a simpler life", we have drawn valuable lessons for ourselves. Personally, I have cultivated many necessary skills such as effective communication, working under pressure, critical thinking, interacting and working with people, time management and problem solving skills. problem solving and so on. However, I still sometimes reveal my weaknesses in the process of working and influence the whole team. I still need to improve myself more. Working in groups also helps me gain more knowledge. I also learned a lot of things, one of which is the "try and error" method when working. It has helped me be more productive and save time. Our team also had a lot of memories and fun working together. Most importantly, we have successfully achieved our goal of organizing the event "VNPAY - For a simpler life". In summary, through working as a team to organize this event, we have gained a lot of knowledge and lessons for ourselves. Successful event organization is also a driving force for us to be more confident and strive to achieve each member's future goals.

IV. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF CDP AND ITS

CONTRIBUTION TO OWN LEARNING (P7).

1. Personal Analysis.

1.1 SWOT evaluation.

To have a more intuitive view of my strengths and weaknesses, I took notes and created a SWOT evaluation as follows: Figure 7. My SWOT Analysis.

1.2 Learning style.

The four core learning styles today include visual, auditory, reading and writing, and kinesthetic. Here is an overview of all four learning style types.  Visual - Visual learners are better able to retain information when it’s presented to them in a graphic depiction, such as arrows, charts, diagrams, symbols, and more. Similar to how designers use visual hierarchy to emphasize specific design elements, visual learners thrive with clear pictures of information hierarchy.

Figure 9. Test result regarding learning style through http://www.educationplanner.org The results of the test were exactly what I had expected. My favorite learning style is Visual for 45%. I find it a lot easier to understand when trying to learn new things through images or highlighted text. In addition, my other learning styles such as Auditory 25% and Tactile 30%.

1.3 Motivators.

I did a motivational behavior test via seemypersonality.com ([ Accessed 25 April 2022]) and the results were as follows:

Figure 10. My test about Behavioral Approach and Behavioral Inhibition. Figure 11. My Behavioral Approach in detail.
