2.2 Problem occurred when finding solution for inviting the CEO of VNPAY to come to the event:

INTRODUCTION People are currently stopped from purchasing due to personal concerns connected to consumer time as well as other social challenges such as epidemic circumstances. Fortunately, as technology advances, numerous e-commerce websites are being built to meet the needs of consumers, particularly those looking to purchase things. With the advent of e-commerce, shoppers may now purchase online in a way that is convenient, quick, and simple. Along with the expansion of e-commerce comes the need for online payment, which is critical since purchasing online is a popular trend throughout the world. Because of the security and simplicity, most consumers now pay their bills using e-pay. As a result, we decided to create software that allows users to pay their bills online, such as VN Pay. Customers will be able to enjoy exciting services thanks to our electrical payment software. For starters, when customers no longer need to go to ATMs to withdraw money, payments will become easier and more convenient. Second, users may examine information and perform statistics from the payment history to determine the precise amount of money paid. Finally, adopting electrical payment can assist consumers avoid difficulties associated with cash, such as losing money, not having enough money in their pocket, or even breaking cash. For the reasons stated above, We decided to arrange an event called " VNPAY - For a simpler life" where people may come and learn how to use an e-commerce payment application similar to the "VN Pay" Company that has been built. 1. Definition and the importance of communication skill 1.1 Definition of communication skill The talents you utilize when offering and receiving various types of information are known as communication skills. New ideas, sentiments, or even an update on your project are some examples of what you may say. Listening, speaking, watching, and empathizing are all aspects of communication. Understanding the contrasts between face-to-face contacts, phone discussions, and digital communications such as email and social media is also beneficial. Figure 2 : communication skill 1.2 The important of communication skill Both the employer and the employee require effective communication.

workplace. Develop an openness to hearing other people's perspectives and develop stronger bonds with your employees. ➢ Practice public speaking: Public speaking may sound daunting, but there’s no better way to develop good communication skills than by seeking out public speaking opportunities. Great communicators are able to clearly articulate their feelings, whether they’re speaking to a large group or talking face-to-face to one other person. Regularly speaking in front of a group will magnify your strengths and weaknesses and force you to develop great communication habits. ➢ Develop a filter: Effective communicators have well-developed social skills and are able to control how they convey their thoughts and feelings to others. Understand what is proper to say in various interpersonal situations. Developing a filter can help you enhance other communication methods while also ensuring that you maintain a certain degree of decorum and prevent workplace friction.

2. Verbal communication Figure 4 : Verbal communication Verbal communication is a sort of oral communication in which the message is delivered via spoken words. In this section, the sender shares his feelings, thoughts, ideas, and opinions through speeches, talks, presentations, and dialogues. ➢ Examples of Written Communication: o Letters o Texting o Emails o Books ➢ Examples of Oral Communication: o Face-to-face conversations o Speech o Host on a Radio o Interviews

When you meet someone, for example, smiling shows warmth, welcome, and openness. Everyone, whether they realize it or not, uses nonverbal communication on a daily basis. In contrast to verbal communication, which involves the use of language to communicate information through written text, speaking, or sign language, nonverbal communication relies on witnessing and understanding physical motions. ➢ Examples of Body Language Communication: o Waving (An indication of "Hello" or "Goodbye" in some cultures) o Head nod (An indication of agreement) o Finger tapping (Impatient or tired of waiting) o Arms crossed over chest (A gesture indicating defensiveness or stress) o Making eye contact (An indication you're paying attention) o Handshakes o Hugs o Smile o Sign languages 4. ➢ Deliver Work on Time: To effectively manage your time, you must allocate each job on your list to a unique time slot. Many individuals utilize time management to give themselves many days to accomplish a job or to do it ahead of schedule to allow for any unexpected obstacles. You'll be able to meet your deadlines every time if you correctly arrange the time required to finish your task. ➢ Reduce Your Stress: When you have a long list of duties to complete both at work and at home, it's easy to grow nervous. Good time management may help you prioritize your to-do list and set aside the time needed for your most critical chores, so you know precisely what you need to do and how much time you have to do it in. Prioritizing your chores and allowing adequate time to complete them will help you feel less stressed. ➢ Improved Career Opportunities: Time management may assist you in becoming a more dependable employee who consistently provides high-quality work on time. As a result, you will be more useful as a worker, and your professional reputation will increase, which will help you find new possibilities to further your career. ➢ Boost Your Confidence: You'll feel a feeling of satisfaction and confidence in your talents if you correctly manage your time and meet your deadlines. Completing your daily to-do list on a regular basis is a powerful motivator that may inspire people to improve their time management skills and pursue new job chances. ➢ Become More Efficient: When you know how to successfully manage your time, you'll become more focused at work, allowing you to do more in less time. Instead of attempting to complete a huge project in fifteen minutes before a meeting, you may complete a few minor things in that time and store the larger activities that demand more brain capacity for when you have a larger block of time available.
