11. Partnering Charter (page 84 in text) – This assignment should have two parts. 1)
hand-written in-class worksheet, 2) Based on the class exercise, create a formal
Partnering Charter and plan documents (page 7-7 in text). Include Charter language,
Communication Plan, Issue Resolution Plan, and Evaluation Plan.
12. Job Site Plan – Create a detailed job site plan (see Figure 10-2 in text) for the
Northwest Technology Center project. This job site plan will be used by your
superintendents and subcontractors to plan their work. List ten (10) items of primary
interest to superintendents and foremen on this project. Show the following on your
site plan:
a. Location where you plan to receive and store materials.
b. Truck traffic flow for loading and unloading
c. Mobile crane setup locations and swing radii
d. Contractor management trailer
e. Contractor supply trailer
f. Subcontractor trailers
g. Break areas
h. Entrance gate(s)
i. Temporary Sentiment and storm water control
