1. Elevator Introduction, also known as the Cocktail bio – 2 to 3 sentence introduction
(the length of an elevator ride) that summarizes who you are and what you do.
2. Include two (2) elevator speeches of other folks you met in class today. One of these
students has to be a civil engineer or a CM graduate student.
3. Biographic sketch – (include a photograph) 1 paragraph about your professional self
– what you would put in a program if you were giving a speech.

a. How have you changed since your Junior Year?
b. How do you see yourself now as a professional today?
Students who have projects from fall quarter: Take this opportunity to update your
schedules and estimates from Fall quarter based on the review comments. You will be
using them in this class. It is not necessary to turn this in, but you will be using the
estimate and schedule for future assignments.
Students without fall projects: Take this opportunity to review the case study project, the
Northwest Technical Center.
