(VTA SJC Airport Flyer [Route 10]) to the airport. The Airport Flyer
is FREE and operates daily from 5:30 am until 11:30 pm.
Oakland International Airport (OAK)
Disembark at the Millbrae Caltrain Station to take BART to the
Coliseum BART Station. You can then take a connector BART
train or bus (AC Transit [Line 73 or Line 805]) to the airport.

Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival
Celebrate the coming of spring and blooming of cherry blossoms in Japantown. The festival features food booths,
cultural performances, live bands, martial arts, the annual Cherry Blossom Queen program, and a Grand Parade.

How Weird Street Fair
Attendees are encouraged to wear wild costumes. There is plenty of food, drinks, and live and exhibited art. The
festival features some of San Francisco’s most popular DJs and nightclubs, which hold after parties once the street
action is over. FREE admission.
Asian Heritage Street Celebration
A public commemoration of Asian American culture in San Francisco’s Little Saigon neighborhood. There is a parade
of traditional and contemporary costumes from an array of Asian cultures. FREE admission.
Bay to Breakers
An annual footrace on the third Sunday of May, which is more “fun” than “run” for participants who often dress in wild
costumes. The 12k race starts along the Embarcadero before cutting across the city and ending on the Great
Highway at Ocean Beach. There’s a fee to register, but many people crash the course for free. The San Francisco
Caltrain Station is 1.4 miles away from the race starting line.
San Francisco Carnaval
A parade and festival held during Memorial Day weekend in the Mission District. The parade features costumes,
dancing and floats. The festival on Saturday and Sunday at Harrison Street is packed with several stages for music
and dance performances and local artists, vendors, street food and family-friendly activities. FREE admission.

Great beer and great times for a great cause. Located at the Fort Mason Center. The event is produced by the
