ABSTRACT
Augmented Reality (AR) interfaces have been studied extensively over
the last few decades, with a growing number of user-based experiments.
Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology field that involves the seamless
overlay of computer generated virtual images on the real world, in such
a way that the virtual content is aligned with real world objects, and can
be viewed and interacted with in real time .
AR research and development has made rapid progress in the last few
decades, moving from research laboratories to widespread availability
on consumer devices.
In all those applications the augmented reality presented to the
user enhances that person's performance in and perception of the
world.
The ultimate goal is to create a system such that the user cannot
tell the difference between the real world and the virtual
augmentation of it.
