Description of client and other stakeholders The College wants to create and fit out a new space that can accessed by students during opening hours. It is a student lounge. Training Room 1 will be used for the Student Lounge.

Deliverables Student lounge area that allows students to access as convenient as the opening hours. Facilities include a sitting area, a computer or a phone charging point, refrigerator, vending machine, open to students and ready to use
