1. By the groups they serve  Operational level - This is process of accomplishing all sought of organizations objectives through building up operational strategies which will be applied in different structural levels of the organization business, where through applying this process risk occurrence while working towards the business goal can be avoided.  Management level – this is considered to be the power of organization where this considered to be the higher authority that has influence over the organization to lower authority that work for organization, simply this group serve basis level where interconnection high within the organization to have productive organization.  Strategic level – this serves the group basis process because this is considered to be proceeding ideas, evaluation, testing to apply certain strategy to uplift the business, and to do it group of people are to be involve to structuring the strategy where it won’t only consist one specialized are of business where a whole set of different sector will be interconnected to structured one particular starter. Create Business process Flowchart/ Diagram- And now after gathering all the possible feedback from the Team, the BPA should form Business process diagram which compulsory, where this diagram will be designed with professional symbols and tools which could provide an efficient output on the business process that are been followed in structured insight format, where all sough of process will be readable through vision and so the BPA can analyze what process can be drive the organization towards failure and what process could drive organization towards growth in detail. Such as it will be containing data of who are responsible, process initiator event, task and their relationships and finally the sign of end process. (heflo, 2020)

Define the AS IS process- So after having clear picture on the flowchart/diagram of business process, now the BPA should analysis the process that takes place in basis of the Flowchart created as it is the old process that is been followed the exact result can be evaluated now productively and so on in analyzing the Flowchart in to present scenario of organization the no any alteration or restriction should not be proceeded, as structured it should be followed. So through proceed the work flow of business the analyzation is to be applied frequent in basis of time where it’s usually a one month progress to an annual progress, so ere certain analyzation are to be gained as feedback by interviewing the actors who belong to certain business process, Analyzing the process model in basis of fulfilling the purpose and Documentation of resources that are been processed according to work flow. 4. Specify improvement points- So as we have analyzed the process that could pull down Blaze Fashion towards failure and process that will push Blaze Fashion towards growth

can be classified, so now specific improvement should be done in both sectors of Business either process that are driving towards failure should be improved to certain level by making some alteration or even removing he specific process can also drive organization towards a productive growth, so all it depend on the type of change and improvement that is required. Such as;

• Interaction with customers

Considerable Structured data in Blaze Fashion So in consideration the Blaze Fashion is an organization that does business in basis of fashion, designing & dress culture. So here the structured data inconsideration would be Product detail, Brach detail, Brand detail, Category & Sales details , Because all these data are somehow each of these detail I have mentioned are interconnected to form a structure to the data where this one main point is what Makes structured data organized, because to identify a structure data it should have an infrastructure that can be ideological so that it can pumps out a virtual concept of imaging the sub roots of data.

Semi structured data These data are usually not organized in format to be understandable for a normal person whereas this data are structured formally in basis as a set of code, such as JSON (Java Script Object Notation) & XML (Extensible Markup Language).Where as in some occasion this data can be clarified in basis of sensor data basis, such as from a device which provide output by reading the physical data inputted.

Considerable Semi-structured data in Blaze Fashion

So when we consider this type of data in basis of Blaze Fashion scenario, as we see that Sisense Software ’s business is total based dressing culture they will for sure using websites and personal application to be on connect with clients and so where this semi-structured data are used is here because when and application/websites is been visited through a cellular/network device the particular websites/app won’t consist thee exact data where the whole set of data are been stored in the network server of the particular app/website and the data stored in it will be usually JSON/XML. And sensor data are data’s which are related IOT based services such as in the Branches and outlet of Blaze Fashion organization the sensor are used in multiple ways where the data that is been read by the IOT sensor device cannot be understand able by an human in normal unless it is been outputted with relevant stuff required. Unstructured data As we see in the organization of Blaze Fashion there are data that can be in text format which are usually entered based purposes, but when we considered unstructured these data are usual not entered they either uploaded or published. Which means this either can be picture/ video/audio file prototype.

Considerable Un-structured data in Blaze Fashion So here in consideration in basis of picture/ video/audio file prototype the usage could be as fashion, designing & dress culture their picture and video files will be used in the online websites and blogs to promote it toward the social customers all over who are connected to them and the audio files are usual used to assured the communication security of the organization is bean maintained productively, such as in Customer service centers and even official business meeting will either related to audio/video file for sure.

Business Intelligence system/software This is a software that is used to analyze, transform for business intelligence in report data format, this application usually reads the data from available data storage sector, and so from that only the data will evaluated any tallied to a particular perspective in consideration to promote a good

Microsoft Power BI This software is End to end data protection based software where even the BI report, Dashboards and all the data set would be preserved with high protect from one to one endpoint even if the process is been flowing through the public area of the organization in any possible exported file type such as Power Point, Excel, PDF and many more.

So when we consider to use it under the Microsoft brand based sector it is more continent such in the Azure cloud and Office package, the maximum extract could be taken throughout the technology and the data available because the s setup and structuration of the Power BI is verily specialized from Microsoft Platform use without no doubt but apparently it is flexible enough to work on some other platform too but no being able to give full efficient work ethic for what it is designed too.

BI tool selected for ABC Company So we should select a BI tool considering the ABC work ethic and location, the feasible tool could be Microsoft Power BI. Because one considerable concept would be it being able to work over Microsoft platform efficiently where in Asia the highly used platform is Microsoft and relatively so choosing it would be convenient.

And when we considered to use it over Microsoft platform the efficiency for using the extensive data connector can be proactively easy and using exported file formats such office packages and

adobe packages would very much convenient apparently when end-to-end data protection are been applied.

Business Intelligence – Task-

Introduction Decision making requires varies level of supporting within the organization. So I was assessed to identify the various levels of support required to make effective decisions within organization and compare their usefulness. And secondly based on my research I was asked to highlight business intelligence functionality with examples and justifications which can be using the best supported information systems and tools at operational, tactical and strategic levels by discussing the types of information systems and tools that are used at these different levels.

Methodologies and technologies applied in basis of Business intelligence Functionalities

Decision making levels There are 3 level of decision making categories applied in basis of Business intelligence where each of differs accordingly in basis of it functionalities in varying levels, such as;

1. Strategic decision
2. Tactical decision

Tactical decision These are short term decision that are taken and applied for short term usage within organization, where so this can lie under the of sectors planning in behalf of work ethics that in basis of growth in a structured form which can distribute services to relevant departments in clean sheet manner.

Operational decisions As per to strategic decision this Operations decision has a 50% creditability to lie on where to fulfill the strategic decisions the operational decision should be applied for sure in most of the occasion, where so the operational decision would in basis of day to day activities which will repeating in a long term extend to achieve the strategic decision, where this work in manner of schedule and time elapse basis where this decisions should be put into work within the given time and schedule.

Conclusion on applying Business Decision making methodology Where so as the main specific level is strategic decision level where the rest two level tactical and operational are been implemented to completed the decision applied in the strategic level by the higher the authority of ABC Company, and so the to conclude I that a the use of Business decision making methodology is a must to be applied in every organization to analysis and improve business standard to productive level through reach relevant objectives as assigned.

BI functionalities In simpler words BI functionalities are nothing but the simplest way of key functions that are followed by an organization in strategic decision making basis through utilizing the process in mannerism of ETL to drag load data into a database system to produce data dashboards and reports.

Enterprise reporting function- Strategic level This is very main function to consider that it been applied in regular basis in day to day activity which will be register in frequent manner where this applied key data will be formalized to a report format so that the key internal stake holder of ABC organization can be aware on meeting the requirements (target/applied task) or not at the assign timeline. Where here the report can take many formats and applied using different method that are available in the BI tool, which can facilitate the process of report generating by soothing it in tough sections/situations while the BI tool is even capable to work on enterprise level scalability in report format.

Drill down or through – Strategic and Operational These 2 features are highly effective in the sector of BI that both are applied in mannerism to see data and information gathered in more detailed format, where but the both preferably work in a different format of projection like;

Drill down has the morality to give user an experience in a general format that by guiding the data gathered in specific formation while analyzing it visually. Which means in deep when the system give the required output and the user want to go deep in the relevant sector like for example from the sales taken place in the Western Province of silence to the district of Colombo, which is more likely an overview from top of the organizational sector ABC to the sub sector of it like from Province to city to zip to a general location.

So what make the difference here is the quality of data between two different feature, whereas the drill through works different while instead of driving the user toward the granular data the user will be driven to a report which specifically belong to the that is being analyzed, where here the data that is been analyzed could be tabular report that shows the sales and revenue for example and through a specific mouse click it can ravel an analysis grid/heat map for the same data, where this what Drill through is all about while shifting to different themes in one feature the process of analyzing data will in a stable manner with the same set of applied data.
