Market: Local farmers are major target, within the Zimunya communal area. Competition: There is only one competitor in the area , however with limited facilities, Nyarurenje has a 2wheeler tractor and cannot stand the capacity of coverage. DDF is currently down on machinery. Growth & Scale: The target of 100 hectares to be serviced is double the 2017 season. Financing on model: They managed to repay the loan that they received through Quest Finance. Financial Management: Due to the recent changes in prices, it is imperative that the business relooks into pricing for them to ascertain profitability amongst many. Governance It’s a one man band, which has its good and bad sides. Amongst the good is there are no conflicts due it’s reasonably a one man decision. The bad part is when family matters arise in the midst of the business. There is no governance as to decisions made.i.e funeral wake, Operations: Recommend trainings on governance and Entrepreneurship skills especially allocation of roles to ensure participation of all members. There is need for all members to be fully aware of what the project is all about. Record Keeping The records from the previous season were up to date MILESTONES/ TARGETS
