However ice breaking activities are fun and interactive will simply help students during the process of learning and giving much attention to the teacher. 5.2. Recommendation In general, the recommendation in this research are divided into two parts. The first part is suggestion for the teachers. While, the last is recommendation for further research. For teachers

  1. Teachers at high school should encourage the students to participate more during teaching learning activity. Obviously, teacher has the chance in creating activity to make classroom activity to be more effective and fun. Teacher should not only use asking question or elicitation to attract student’s attention. He or she can use various ways of ice breaking activity such as using game, role play or etc, to make students more engage in their class activity.
  2. The teacher should pay attention to students’ mood whether they are in good mood or not to start the lesson. However, students are often silent or busy while the teacher do ice breaking activity during teaching and learning. Here, teacher do not pay attention to students’ feels whether they are ready to get the lesson or not. Therefore, the teacher should be aware of creating more positive and fun atmosphere to make student enjoy the study.
