Current data: This year, the Content Department will give Formative assessments to inform instruction Regular monitoring: Formative assessments will need to be given weekly, and show current effectiveness of instruction. Data analysis by (Content) department of formative assessment data and collaboratively plan lessons to meet learning gaps found from formative assessments. Observations conducted frequently of classroom instruction by Admin team to monitor incorporation of instruction based on formative assessments that is aligned to the rigor of standardized test by admin team. Parent monthly newsletter will be used to communicate progress. as well as on the school website to celebrate improvement and achievement in the (content area).
