I believe the best ideas in a company come from the employees, because they are the ones who know and watch closely the problems and needs of the company. One example of this is that in my actually job, as a CNA, I usually see that the best ideas to fix or improve something in our area, it came from the CNAS, like when they have to fix the problem that a certain time of the day is when occurs more falls, the CNAS had really good ideas and this actually works. 13. Justify your answer. I don’t think Southwest celebrate too much, they just doing it easier and more fun for they employees. I personally don’t think is appropriate to celebrate a loss because a celebration should be for something good, something to be proud of it.
18. What is the most significant benefit that celebrations produce? Justify your answer. The most significant benefit is that celebrations give employees recognition for accomplishments. When a company recognizes the work of an employee it shows that they pay attention to what employees do at work and value their contributions. This makes employees more motivated to work better and also makes a better relationship.

20. Which is better, a hug or a formal handshake? Explain your answer. I think this depends entirely on the situation. For example, in a job interview I would choose a formally hand shake instead of a hug because the relationship is more formal and I want to show respect and professionalism. But to greet my boss at my job, in my case, I choose to greet him with a hug because I have more confidence for my years of working with her, but if it is a new boss or someone I do not have much confidence I think it's better a handshake.
