  1. The best way to prevent employees form making mistakes is to train them well. They should know every possible situation and the regulations for each situation. Do you agree? Why or why not? I believe the best way to prevent employees from making mistakes is an effective communication and trusting them, because is impossible to train a person for every situation, it is better if employees know how to act in a problem according to the policy and vision of the company. “Hires for attitude and trains for aptitude.” 10. Forgiveness play a huge role in a company because we all make mistakes, and is better if we learn from these, focusing more on the solution than the problem. In my job, one of the things I like most is that when someone makes a mistake, our bosses first speak with the person involved and hear what they have to say, then they analyze the problem and seek a solution together. I believe the best ideas in a company come from the employees, because they are the ones who know and watch closely the problems and needs of the company. One example of this is that in my actually job, as a CNA, I usually see that the best ideas to fix or improve something in our area, it came from the CNAS, like when they have to fix the problem that a certain time of the day is when occurs more falls, the CNAS had really good ideas and this actually works. 13. How can you help create a better family feeling where you work or where you live? Southwest Airlines create an excellent family atmosphere because they really take care of their employees, engaging them fully in all process. At my job I believe I can create a better family feeling just doing what we are already doing: showing respect, helping, understanding that we are all different and showing companionship. 15. Is it important to know the history of where you work and/or live? Justify your answer. I believe this is important, as we learn from our mistakes we can also learn from the history of others. Justify your answer. I don’t think Southwest celebrate too much, they just doing it easier and more fun for they employees. Southwest it's an example to follow, they really take care of their employees and celebrations is an example of this. 17. Is it appropriate to celebrate loss? Justify your answer. I personally don’t think is appropriate to celebrate a loss because a celebration should be for something good, something to be proud of it.

18. What is the most significant benefit that celebrations produce? Justify your answer. The most significant benefit is that celebrations give employees recognition for accomplishments. When a company recognizes the work of an employee it shows that they pay attention to what employees do at work and value their contributions. This makes employees more motivated to work better and also makes a better relationship.

20. Which is better, a hug or a formal handshake? Explain your answer. I think this depends entirely on the situation. For example, in a job interview I would choose a formally hand shake instead of a hug because the relationship is more formal and I want to show respect and professionalism. But to greet my boss at my job, in my case, I choose to greet him with a hug because I have more confidence for my years of working with her, but if it is a new boss or someone I do not have much confidence I think it's better a handshake.
