Write down the first 10 words or phrases below that contribute to your definition of self love
Write down things you love about yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, etc.
Write down things you notice yourself wishing you could change about you. Be honest here and write down why.
A lot of our lack of self love comes from lack of self worth. Follow this T-Chart!
Ask yourself what makes you feel worthy and what makes you feel unworthy. Who decides that? What defines worth or lack of worth? Challenge yourself here, because you may be in your own way.
Write a letter to your younger self, when he/she was struggling. What do you wish you could tell them? What do you wish you could remind them?
Imagine you're a young version of you, looking up to the current you. What would they see? Describe yourself from the lens of a little child who admires the world. Now, start to look at yourself that way.
Write down things that make you feel the most YOU. Whether it's dressing up, going out to eat, cooking a nice meal, reading a book - write down all the things that you wish you could do ALL day that fill you up. Start doing those more!
Go back to the page of unworthiness, and write down opposing statements to the moment or things that make you feel unworthy. Repeat these affirmations :) and input them into your own collection in Affirm It!
